BIOGRAPHY
My name is Ryan McKillop, and I have a passion for coaching and helping improve organizations. I have over 20 years’ experience as an executive, and have helped many companies move from successful startups to large multi-national organizations.
As a coach, I will help your leadership team focus on creating a clear visionary culture that is engaging for both your co-workers and customers. Relying on my previous experience of running a multi-national company, I will bring a broad insight into areas such as Executive Leadership, Finance & Budgeting, Sales Marketing, Inventory Management, and Operations to help create a more productive and engaged environment. Along this process, with the help of Lean Management tools, we will work to develop improved visual tools for better decision making, document continuous performance improvements, and focus on creating a more sustainable and scalable entity.
