BIOGRAPHY

My parents divorced when I was in middle school, and now 25 years later I'm a divorced and remarried father of two teenage daughters. In addition to a lifetime of experience, I have spent the past few years researching and studying all different types of blended families (stepfamilies, adoptive families, foster families). As a result, I am now able to help complex blended families figure out the best ways to solve problems and move forward. Through interviews and diagnostics, I help the adults figure out the 2-3 biggest issues they want to change. Then we work through my Complete Blended Family Toolkit, learning and applying universal principles to their unique family circumstances to build a plan for moving forward. Finally, we walk together through 8 weeks of intensive coaching, using 1:1 video calls, emails, texting, and Voxer, in order to get your family back on track and keep it there. In addition, I do regular 3-month and 6-month check-ups to re-evaluate and make sure your family is still heading where you want it to go. Success looks like this: your family is stronger, more cooperative, more positive, and more stable than it was before, and it is set up for the future.
