Hello, nice to meet you, my name is Monica Balli. I am Italian living in Florence, Italy, bilingual in english.
Having 20 yrs experience in the planning & design for the destination events industry I love to discover. Helping you discover or exceed in your passions and to bring them to life is the best way to approach life in my experience, by combining a professional aspect to your daily personal routine. Personal and professional are deeply connected and to be happy and be successful you need the two to walk hand in hand.
I love discovering new things, and thinking out of the box, brainstorming sessions are awesome, with no judgement and just the flow of amazing personalities and ideas to then bring to life . I am also very practical, therefore my coaching sessions will require you to work hard with me, meaning we are a team with deadlines and assignments , no fear to say or do sometimes something not in the ordinary to get tot he target.
The targets we set are set together, and are set not to be standard but to exceed and be the best no matter in what. Changes happen, we are ready to ride the wave with no fear. Let's learn to dance in the rain together.

How are you? I wanted to write to both of you to thank you so much for all your incredible words today of inspiration.
I love the way you both think, you're such innovators and a true inspiration for wedding professionals, but especially young female entrepreneurs like myself. This has been such a hard hit for all of us, my business is less than 2 years old, so for me it's been a real struggle to have hope for the future, for what is next, today listening to the two of you and keeping it so "real", it really helped so much. It's comforting to know that you both encourage asking for help, it's important for all of us.
Should either of you ever need help in the months to come, with any projects, big or small, I would love to be kept in mind. I'm very flexible, and when travel does open up again I would be happy to meet you anywhere to collaborate with you, it would be an honor and privilege. As you both said, let's support each other not only during this time, but also always.
