BIOGRAPHY
My background for the last 25+ years has been in helping people and companies challenge themselves to grow at a rate beyond what they think they can. I've done this as a CEO, Board member, Investor, and Founder. I apply this approach to my own life and it works. At its core, it's very simple: determine what you want and why and then create a plan to get there. Have milestones and accountability along the way so you can course correct. Keep learning new things, apply them, see what works and keep the good stuff. Make deposits in your relationships with no expectations. I work best with people who believe they have potential and want a partner to help them exceed their own expectations.

Growing your career and your business is about making deposits in your relationship accounts. Like anything, you need a process to maximize your time and efforts. Your network should be your most valuable asset.

Problem Solving
Fall in love with the problem, not the solution. Entrepreneurs are problem solvers and you can work in large companies and non-profits and still think like an entrepreneur.
