BIOGRAPHY
I believe the greatest need of human beings is to realize they have one. A need, that is. Human beings have a need for meaning and purpose, guidance and direction, relationships and reflection and this brief list is far from comprehensive. It is difficult to be objective about one's own life, so, how does one get there?
Awareness is step one...leaning into the insight and wisdom of others to break the inertia.
Acknowledgment is step two...embracing, owning and taking responsibility for the need you have. Appreciation is step three...complete understanding of your situation and the resolve to take action.
Action is step four...moving toward doing something about that which you have acknowledged.
Application is step five...implementing the new insight you have gained.
We get stuck and have questions about "what is the next move" in our work, play, relationships or daily living. A good guide will facilitate the unfolding of the insight needed to take the next steps.
From conversations about family dynamics, decisions regarding employment, leadership development and numerous other facets relating to the one life we have been given, I have served as a coach, mentor, professor, pastor, spiritual director, husband and father. Through listening, understanding and along with insightful questions and creative thinking, our experience together will help your days become fulfilling and your tomorrows finer than dreams.
